1. Do you have any units currently in stock?

All of our audio equipment is hand-built to order. From time to time we do have a few units pre-manufactured in advance, however each unit will be manufactured after placing the order, usually within the given estimated build time.

2. Is it possible to customize/modify my unit?

We do not offer modified products in any way that are considered as widely commercially available. Various (limited) editions of a certain product may appear from time to time, though.

3. What does the build time depend on?

The average estimated build time given depends on various factors, but mostly - it is parts availability & quantity of the orders being under manufacturing. Although we do have a limited labour force, we are always trying to keep up and fulfil the orders as fast as possible.

4. Can I get my gear built faster than the actual build time given?

We follow our production list and all of the units are manufactured in a sequence in which they were ordered.

5. Can you ship to my location?

We ship our products internationally via various courier services, so it is very likely to happen that we will be able to send your unit to you directly.

6. How does the payment works?

After placing an order, we will prepare a Proforma invoice for you to pay against. 100% of the unit price must be pre-paid. Currently we accept only standard bank transfers and PayPal payments. As soon as we receive the payment on our account, the production process starts. When completed and ready to ship, we will send you another Proforma with the shipping charge to pay. Once the shipping has been paid, we will ship your order within 48 working hours.

7. Do I have to pay VAT? Will there be any other payments added?

All prices given on the Website are net prices, without any VAT included, as well as total prices - including 23% VAT added (unless otherwise specified). Depending on your location and/or the type of the purchase (e.g. made by a company or by a private individual), an appropriate VAT rate will be applied. Additionally, there may be some local import duties added depending on your location, which we do not cover. Please contact your local customs office to obtain more information about any extra fees payable.

8. May I return the product?

If our product does not completely meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the refund or exchange. Products that are subject to refund or exchange must be unused, in original condition, without any damage from the user and in all original packaging. All refunds exclude taxes, import duties and any other fees that were associated with the purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any other necessary fees (if applicable). Custom-made orders are not eligible for return.

9. What about warranty?

All of our products come with an international, limited, non-transferable warranty. The warranty period is expressed on the product's Warranty Card, shipped with your unit - as well as given on the product's webpage. Full terms & conditions regarding warranty can be found on the Warranty page.

10. Do you store spare parts for your products?

Usually, you can expect us to have most of the spare parts in stock. However, certain components may become EOL or be unavailable for a longer period of time, and that will impact the repair process significantly.
