WARRANTY TERMS

NOTICE: Below given are the general warranty terms applicable to most of our products. For specific terms, please refer to the Operator’s Manual associated with each product.

Every product manufactured by Henderson Audio (“Manufacturer”) is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a certain period of time. That particular period is expressly stated on the Warranty Card provided with every unit sold or its associated Operator’s Manual. Usually, the warranty period starts from the date of receiving the product by the original owner.

This warranty does not apply to any parts or products that are not Manufacturer’s logo branded (even if packaged or sold with the Manufacturer’s equipment). To ensure a high level of performance and reliability for which this equipment has been designed and manufactured, read the corresponding Operator’s Manual before operating. In the event of failure, notify and return the defective unit to Henderson Audio or its authorized agent (if applicable) as soon as possible for repair under warranty subject to the following conditions:

the equipment has been installed and operated in accordance with the instructions in the enclosed, corresponding, proper Operator’s Manual

the equipment has not been subject to misuse, either intended or accidental, neglect, or alternation other than as specified in the Operator’s Manual or Service Manual, or approved by Henderson Audio
any necessary adjustments, alternations, or repairs have been carried out by Henderson Audio or its authorized agent
the defective unit is to be returned carriage prepaid to Henderson Audio or its authorized agent with proof of purchase
units returned should be properly packed to avoid transit damage. The original shipping container is the best for this purpose

Parts (and components) that are subject to wear and tear, such as potentiometers, switches, tubes, connectors and faders are not covered by this warranty. Quality losses in appearance, as well as damages to the enclosure or its parts occured due to various reasons (e.g., scratches, chipping, cracks, finger wear to the artwork printings, etc.), are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, warranty does not cover any other damages and losses caused by extraordinary influences and factors, such as lighting storms, floods, damages occuring during riots, theft, etc.

In certain territories, the terms may vary. Always record a date of purchase and serial number of the device for further reference. Repair or replacement of defective unit under the terms of the Warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. The warranty is not transferable and is only granted to the original purchaser.

At our sole discretion, we may undertake a free repair of the equipment manufactured by us after the warranty period ends by prior arrangement with the user.
